The Sports have taken Dan Carr on trial, but the player has agreed to sign Conference forms and as such is available for selection in the Blue Square Bet South.
Dan featured against Boro when he played, and scored, for the Stevenage XI early in the clubs pre season build up. On confirming the registration Boro boss Tommy Widdrington said ""I was impressed by Dan when he featured in Stevenage's line up against us early in pre season. He has agreed in effect to remain "on trial" whilst being available to play in the first team. This is due to him only arriving to train on Friday morning. It gives both parties the opportunity to have a look at each other and see where it goes".
